'EVERYONE HAS BODIES, RIGHT? IT'S NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF.'
↳ OTIS, SEX EDUCATION
Sex can be a tricky topic to talk about, but it's part of being human and there's absolutely no shame asking questions, seeking answers and getting well informed about sex. That might mean chatting to your GP or going to a sexual health clinic to get a check-up. Or it might mean having a conversation with a partner and chatting about what you're comfortable with (or not).
At the end of the day, your body is your body and you're in control of it. Likewise, other peoples bodies are their bodies, so in any sexual situation, enthusiastic mutual consent (that means a big yes from both of you) is a bare minimum!

If you're unsure, ask. That applies to everything - from how to use birth control, to whether or not your partner has given consent. If you're unsure, just ask.
